To improve the quality standards, reached in a long time experience, Tomasetto Achille spa introduced in the Company a Quality System with the aim to guarantee the conformity of its products and services to the regulations, to continue to develop its quality and to meet the customers' requirements.

In all the designing and manufacturing processes, several tests are performed in order to guarantee a high final quality and reliability of the product. Developing and designing of all components and products, purchasing, quality tests, mechanical machining, manual and automatic assembly, final inspections on 100% of the production, packaging, deliveries, feed-back from customers: all these processes are managed together with the workforce, in order to reach the quality of all the range of products and services.

The quality system of Tomasetto Achille spa has been certified, in year 2000, in accordance with the Regulation UNI EN ISO 9002:1994, by TUV Italia. In 2003 the company, with the aim of continuous improvement of the performances and of customer satisfaction, obtained the new certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 again with Tuv Italia.
In 2006 the certification has been renewed by Det Norske Veritas.

Moreover, production of Tomasetto Achille is periodically inspected by Tuv Uvmv Prague, which is the testing and homologating Agency for Tomasetto products, conforming to ECE regulations.
