Since 25 years, the Italian Company Tomasetto Achille spa designs and produces quality components for LPG and CNG automotive systems, distributed with the Tomasetto trademark and with the one of its main customers.
The Company, unceasingly engaged in R&D, in the improvement of its range of products, with heavy investments in next generation machineries for the manufacturing, the assembling and the testing of its products, has reached the leadership worldwide.
The diligence of its management, the long experience and the advanced technological level of the Company resources enable to meet, in short time and in an effective way, the requests coming from an incessantly dynamic market.


Established in 1982 by Mr. Achille Tomasetto, the Company, today, is one of the major manufacturers in the CNG and LPG automotive markets. Its products are known everywhere for their high technology, their quality and reliability, as proved by the millions of multivalves and reducers sold in the last years. The company Tomasetto Achille spa is able to customize and develop new products, according to the customer’s requirements and specifications.
The company is now situated in Castegnero, about 15 km in the south of Vicenza, 70 km far from Venice, in a factory of 5.000 sqm and has more than 130 employees, with a turnover that has reached 35 million Euro. The major business markets are Italy, East Europe (Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic), Germany, India, Thailand, Australia and South America.

The Company started its activity in 1982, in the village of Nanto, developing and manufacturing a CNG automotive reducer. In the following years, it approached the export of its products towards New Zeeland and South America. After this new successful product, the Company decided to develop a new LPG reducer and then a new CNG reducer, that enabled to reach Argentina. In 1988, a first diversification of the production range, brought to the manufacturing of the LPG multivalve. In 1994 the Company obtained the European Homologation ECE 67 for its new multivalve, starting the export towards the emerging markets of Eastern Europe. The new product leaded the Company to a new success, gaining new market shares on the international scenario and enforcing Tomasetto Achille as one of the leading operator in LPG market. In the following years, trough the continuous growth, the Company accomplished several renovations that brought, from the year 1998 to the year 2005, to enlarge the facilities, with a new detached plant of about 3.000 sq.mt. dedicated to the heavy machinery and warehouse for final products.

In the year 2000, Tomasetto Achille spa was one of the first companies to get the European homologation ECE 67R-01 for its new multivalve AT-02 that, in a short time, became the “piece de resistance” of its range of products.
In the following years, new types of LPG reducers ECE 67-01 and a new CNG reducer ECE 110 have been developed; moreover, it has been produced a new model of multivalve and new accessories. Nowadays, Tomasetto Achille spa is one of the leading companies in the market and, in particular, it is one of the main manufacturers of LPG multivalves.


The remarkable internationalization reached in the last years, together with the growing importance of the Asian markets, pushed the Company to create a joint-venture with an Indian partner, that brings to establish a new subsidiary in Mumbai, Tomasetto Achille India Pvt. Ltd. , with the main aim to reinforce its presence in this new emerging market.
