Designing
All products, components, processes, assembling tools are designed internally, in the Company's Technical Department, by using 2D and 3D CAD software. The office is in charge of all the R&D activities, in cooperation with external agencies and university as well. Technical office is also concerned in following the European and International products homologations. |

Mechanical Machining Department
This department performs the mechanical machining on valve and reducer bodies and manufactures also some critical or specific components, by special CNC transfer machines, with automatic handling robots, special CNC machines, etc. The Department has been created to guarantee the quality and precision in mechanical machining and to assure the maximum flexibility and the production capacity required to follow properly the high variability of the markets. |

Assembly Departments
These departments perform assembly and tests on our multivalves, pressure reducers and accessories. Assembly is carried out on assembly machines, with high technologies, performed both on manual and automatic lines, with special testing equipments, where specific leakage tests and functional tests are made on the 100% of the production.
Some components are automatically produced on assembly machines with revolving tables. |
