The CNG REDUCER model AT12 is a CNG reducer with 2 pressure reducing stages, designed for sequential CNG kits, with homologation ECE ONU 110.
The CNG reducer model AT12 has an integrated inlet filter, and it has been designed to mantain a costant injection pressure with different flows required by the engine.
Model AT12 has been tested on vehicles at environmental temperatures from -10 °C to +40°C. With lower or higher temperatures, the reducer may not guarantee the correct gas flow in all the working conditions required by the engine.
The outgoing pressure is adjustable from 1 to 2.5 bar (pressures referred to a reducer not connected to the engine), this pressure range is to be intended relative to the pressure of the engine manifold when MAP is connected.
Basic model RMAT3800: with internal solenoid valve between 1st and 2nd stage, it is suggested with maximum engine power of 250 HP, with flows till a 35 Nkg/h (cng density 0.68 kg/m3).
Model HP RMAT3820: with high-pressure solenoid valve at the inlet, it is suggested with engine power till 400 HP, with flows till 60 Nkg/h (cng density 0.68 kg/m3).
