Injector rail for LPG and CNG sequential systems with “Cartridge system”

The IT01 BRAVO rail injector is a new model of the IT01 family and has been developed in order to obtain higher performances and reliability. IT 01 BRAVO rail injector is homologated according to ECE 67R-01 and 110R Regulations and is available in 2-, 3- and 4-cylinders versions.
Its new all-in-one internal cores (“cartridge”) assure fast opening and closing times, longer life and easy maintenance, thanks to the plug&play concept: it indeed does not require the setting of solenoid core, assuring the performance of the injector also after the maintenance process, sparing difficult calibration processes and dedicated setting machinery.
The rail’s body is made by a special polymer and is just a manifold for full metal internal cores (cartridges). The calibrated nozzles are screwed directly on the cartridge outlet.

LPG Multivalves Model AT02

Homologated in accordance with the Regulation ECE 67R-01

Tomasetto multivalve model AT02 for LPG tanks is homologated in accordance with the European Regulation ECE 67R-01 and is equipped with all safety devices as per the current regulations requirements: pressure relief valve (PRV), pressure relief device (PRD), 80% filling limiter, solenoid valve, excess flow valve, non-return valve, manual (service) valve and level indicator. The highest flow rates provided by our safety devices (PRD and PRV) make the Tomasetto AT02 multivalve a leading product in the market. Severe and several bonfire tests performed by the most important tank manufacturers have been brilliantly completed.Two different versions are available in our range: Standard and Extra Version.
STANDARD: with 6mm outlet fitting
EXTRA: with 8mm outlet fitting and larger internal passages
AT02 Tomasetto multivalves are available for 0°, 30°, 90° cylindrical tanks, for 30° internal toroidal tanks and for 0° external tanks; upon request, versions for special tanks are available as well. They are supplied with electrical wire for coil connection, sensor holder and mounting accessories bag MVAT3223 or MVAT3225,without filling point.

All Tomasetto multivalves are manufactured through high-tech processes and 100% tested and calibrated.

LPG Multivalves Model AT02 SPRINT

Homologated in accordance with the Regulation ECE 67R-01

The Tomasetto multivalve model AT02 SPRINT is equipped with a new and innovative integrated safety device, consisting of a pressure release valve and an overpressure device connected together, with a compact design. The multivalve is also equipped with a solenoid valve and a new 80% level limiter with integrated non-return valve, excess flow valve, manual (service) valve and a new sensor holder. On the valve it is possible to install the new mechanical level indicator with quick fixing, in addition to the electronic level sensor. The AT02 SPRINT multivalve for LPG tanks is based on the new product platform called “SPRINT”, common to the AT00 and AT02 multivalves. The brass body of the valve has been redesigned, thanks to an accurate fluid dynamic and structural analysis and to the improvement of the hot forging process, developed with our suppliers. The result is a lighter body that maintains the same mechanical characteristics as the current model. The AT02 SPRINT model is approved according to ECE 67R01 Regulation.
The AT02 SPRINT multivalves are available in two versions: Standard and Extra. STANDARD: with 6mm outlet
EXTRA: with 8mm outlet and increased internal passages.
The AT02 SPRINT multivalves are available for cylindrical tanks with mounting inclination at 0°, 30° and 90°; internal toroidal tanks with 30° inclination; external toroidal tanks with 0° flange and, on request, special tanks.
The AT02 SPRINT multivalve is supplied with wire for coil connection, sensor holder and mounting accessories contained in the kit bag MVAT3226.

The new LPG multivalve AT00 SPRINT is the evolution of the former AT00 model, designed with the double aim of further optimize the features of the existing AT00 model and also differentiate body’s shape from similar products.The body has been lightened, maintaining the same mechanical functions, while the 80% valve with integrated non-return valve has been improved.
Together with an easier direct inlet connection, there is a new sensor holder and a new compact mechanical level indicator with fast fixing. The AT00 SPRINT model is available both in Standard and Extra version, equipped with bigger internal passages. Tomasetto multivalves model AT00 SPRINT are available for the most common types of LPG tanks, both cylindrical and toroidal and in a personalized version upon request. They are supplied with sensor holder and mounting accessories contained in the kit bag MVAT3226.

The AT09 Nordic reducers, the latest evolution of the AT09 sequential reducers family, has been designed with the aim of further improving the performance compared to the other reducers of the AT09 family, Alaska and Artic, thanks to the improved heating circuit and the higher support engines power, up to 125kW.
This reducer differs on the integral body, the complete separation of the water and gas circuits, the improved gas circuit and the deeper water circuit, which allows a better heat exchange.

The AT09 Nordic XP reducers, the latest evolution of the AT09 sequential reducers family, has been designed with the aim of further improving the performance compared to the other reducers of the AT09 family, Alaska and Artic, thanks to the improved heating circuit and the higher support engines power, up to 180kW.
This reducer differs on the integral body, the complete separation of the water and gas circuits, the improved gas circuit and the deeper water circuit, which allows a better heat exchange. The model NORDIC XP is equipped with a double membrane system, that allows to get an increase of the LPG outlet pressure when increasing the engine load (Dynamic Pressure Compensation). EXTRA POWER – EXTRA PRESSURE – EXTRA PERFORMANCES
The LPG reducer model AT13 XP is the new version of the AT13 family, designed for highest power engines reaching 275 kW in cold weather conditions. The new AT13 XP has been designed with the Dynamic Pressure Compensation System (like Nordic XP): the special double membrane system allows an increase of the LPG outlet pressure while increasing the engine load. Thanks to a special additional plate and redesigning water and gas circuits, this model has the highest heat exchange and gas flow in our LPG reducers’ range.
The reducer has a double gas outlet, allowing the direct connections of 2 injectors. This feature allows to reduce pressure drops on the circuit, making it suitable for higher power engines. AT13 XP is fitted with internal discharging system of safety valve overpressure through MAP connection, hence there is no need to connect an additional pipe.

Tomasetto LPG pressure reducer, model AT09, is an electronic single stage reducer, suitable for sequential injection systems, homologated in accordance with the ECE 67R-01 and 10R-03.
This reducer is equipped with a solenoid valve and an integrated filter unit at its inlet, in order to reduce the overall costs and permit an easier and faster installation.
Outlet pressure is adjustable from 0.9 to 1.8 bar (pressures calculated with the reducer disconnected from the engine).
Model AT09 is available in three different versions:

AT09 ALASKA

Model AT09 ALASKA version is the most popular version of AT09 family; it is equipped with an additional post-heating stage, suitable for medium-sized engines (up to about 90 KW).

AT09 ALASKA SUPER

Model AT09 ALASKA is also available in SUPER version, with bigger internal passages and piloted solenoid valve, that provides an higher flow and extends the power range up to about 100 kW.

AT09 ARTIC

Model AT09 ARTIC version is equipped with a pre-heating stage at the inlet and it is particularly appropriate for cold weather conditions, and suitable for medium-big-sized engines (up to about 110 KW). This reducer is out of production since July 2022, but the maintenance kit RGAT2091 stay available.

Tomasetto LPG pressure reducer, model AT07, is a two stages electronic reducer, suitable for traditional carburated systems. It is homologated in accordance with the European Regulation ECE 67R-01. Model AT07 is equipped with an inlet solenoid valve and an integrated filter unit, to reduce the overall costs and permit an easier and faster installation.
This reducer is equipped with a double regulation system to obtain always the best performances.
Three different versions, suitable for different engines, are available in our range.

LPG Reducer Model AT10

Electronic reducer for 2-wheelers and little vehicles (traditional applications)

LPG reducer model AT10 is a 2 stages electronic reducer, suitably developed for applications on motorbikes and small vehicles, with LPG withdrawal in vapour phase (this reducer is not provided with heating circuit).
The reducer is homologated as per the ECE 67R-01, is really compact and equipped with an integrated solenoid valve, that reduces hindrance, permitting an easier and faster installation.
This reducer is designed exclusively for two-wheeler and small three-wheelers applications. Upon request, it is also available the version with pressure switch (no solenoid).

Tomasetto CNG pressure reducer model AT12 is a 2 stages pressure reducer for sequential injection systems.
Compact and very reliable, it is homologated in accordance with ECE R110, approved in accordance with Enargas, Inmetro and other local regulations.The outlet pressure is adjustable from 0.12 to 0.25 MPa to obtain always the best performance.The reducer inlet is provided with an adjustable swivel fitting and the connection for pressure manometer. In the new version 2019, the main body shape has been modified in order to improve the heating circuit and to allow the use of bigger water fittings d.16 mm (when needed); it is also possible to put water fittings in 2 different layouts (parallel or at 90° like in previous version) with the aim to ease the installation.

AT12 SUPER

Model AT12 super version is equipped with an integrated high pressure solenoid valve at the inlet. This version allows not to use an in-line solenoid valve in the system and gives higher performances, in terms of gas flow.

One-stage reducer for CNG sequential injection systems

Tomasetto CNG pressure reducer model AT20 is a single stage pressure reducer for sequential injection systems, provided with inlet high pressure solenoid valve.
Compact and very reliable, it is homologated in accordance with ECE R110. The outlet pressure is adjustable from 0.15 to 0.25 MPa to always obtain the best performance.
The integrated counter-thrust system consists of an interchangeable cartridge, which allows the compensation of the inlet pressure. This technology allows the Tomasetto Achille AT20 CNG reducer to have a constant outlet pressure, both in full and empty tank conditions, despite having a single regulation stage.

Tomasetto CNG pressure reducer, model AT04, is a 3 stages reducer for traditional systems; it is homologated in accordance with ECE R110 and complies with ISO 15500 standards.
The reducer AT04 is equipped with a double regulation system to always obtain the best performances.
The adjustable inlet fitting is provided with the connection for the pressure manometer.
Model AT04 is available in three versions, dedicated to different types of engines: 100 HP – 140 HP and SUPER.

CNG automatic cylinder valves VM05 are homologated in accordance with the European Regulations ECE R110, approved in accordance with ENARGAS and in compliance with ISO15500 standards.
Our VM05 valves are provided with manual tap, excess flow valve, solenoid valve and separated safety devices (thermofuse T-PRD and burst disc). They are also supplied with rubber protection for cylinder thread.
Important: these valves do not need the gas-tight housing.

CNG automatic cylinder valves VM05 HD have been developed for heavy-duty applications, and are homologated in accordance with the European Regulation ECE R110 and in compliance with the ISO15500 standards.
VM05 HD valves are provided with manual tap, excess flow valve, high pressure solenoid valve and are equipped with separeted safety devices (thermofuse T-PRD and burst disc). These valves are supplied without ventilation system.VM05 HD is manufactured with bigger internal passages and can have bigger external connections, compared with VM05 Automatic, allowing a bigger gas flow.
