The AT12 EVO Super by Tomasetto Achille is the high-pressure version of the AT12 EVO pressure reducer, designed specifically for sequential injection CNG systems.
This variant features an integrated high-pressure solenoid valve directly at the reducer’s inlet, eliminating the need for a separate inline methane solenoid valve. This configuration simplifies installation while significantly enhancing flow capacity and performance.
Its advanced two-stage pressure reduction technology ensures stable and efficient gas delivery, with an adjustable outlet pressure range between 0.15 MPa and 0.25 MPa, catering to various vehicle requirements. The redesigned water circuit enhances heating efficiency and offers flexible connector configurations, either parallel or at a 90° angle, to facilitate installation. Crafted from die-cast aluminum, the reducer boasts a compact and durable structure, weighing approximately 1.55 kg and supporting a maximum inlet pressure of 26 MPa (260 bar). Certified according to ECE R110 and other international standards, the AT12 EVO Super guarantees safety and reliability across markets. With support for engine powers of up to 250 kW, it stands out as the ideal choice for high-performance CNG systems.
